For that reason the operator is neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer of visual depictions in the sense of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and no sexually explicit image is stored on these pages.
The Start button opens a separate company’s cam website in a new tab. That company alone verifies the age of the performers and users in its service and holds any records that the statute demands of it. Enquiries about such records are for that company, via its own website.
Only adults may appear on camera or use the partner website. Anyone who looks younger has to be reported straight away: leave, use the report function of the partner and inform the police. In the United States the NCMEC CyberTipline accepts such reports as well.
